This Refund Policy describes when Esports Adda, operated by Ka17aan App Venture, will issue refunds or credits to users.

⚠️ Please read carefully before depositing funds or registering for any tournament. By using our platform, you accept the terms of this policy.

Deposit Refunds

Successful Deposits

Once a deposit is successfully credited to your wallet, it is final and non-refundable. Deposit only the amount you intend to use.

Failed Payment / Duplicate Charge

✅ If your payment was deducted but not credited to your wallet, or you were charged twice, you are eligible for a full refund or wallet correction.
  • Contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@esportsadda.online
  • Provide your transaction ID, payment screenshot, and registered mobile number
  • We respond within 3 business days; confirmed refunds reach you in 5–7 business days

Bank / UPI Gateway Failures — amounts are typically auto-reversed within 5–7 business days by your bank. Contact your bank if not reversed within 10 days.

Tournament Entry Fee Refunds

🚫 Entry fees are generally non-refundable once a tournament has begun or you have been matched with opponents.

Eligible for Full Refund (to Wallet):

  • Tournament cancelled by us before it begins — 100% refunded within 24 hours
  • Server outage during your ongoing match — investigated and resolved at our discretion
  • Verified app bug preventing you from submitting results — contact support within 24 hours

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • You registered but forgot to play, or were unavailable
  • You lost the match fairly
  • You experienced internet issues on your own device or network
  • You joined the wrong tournament by mistake
  • Your account was banned for rule violations

Our team reviews and verifies your request.

Withdrawal of Winnings

  • Minimum withdrawal amount applies as specified in the app.
  • KYC verification required above the threshold limit.
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after submission.
  • If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect bank details provided by you, we will retry once corrected details are submitted.
💡 Keep your bank account number, IFSC code, and UPI ID accurate in your profile settings to ensure smooth withdrawals.
General Exceptions

  • The decision of Esports Adda / Ka17aan App Venture is final in all tournament result disputes.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by factors outside our platform (your internet, game server issues, device problems).
  • Chargebacks initiated directly with your bank without first contacting us will result in permanent account suspension.
