Successful Deposits
Once a deposit is successfully credited to your wallet, it is final and non-refundable. Deposit only the amount you intend to use.
Failed Payment / Duplicate Charge

- We respond within 3 business days; confirmed refunds reach you in 5–7 business days
Bank / UPI Gateway Failures — amounts are typically auto-reversed within 5–7 business days by your bank. Contact your bank if not reversed within 10 days.
