These Terms govern your access to and use of Esports Adda, operated by Ka17aan App Venture, founded and developed by Ka17aan (Kaishan Khan).

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must be a resident of India or a jurisdiction where using our services is legally permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from the platform.

Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any wallet balance.

One Account Per Person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning of all associated accounts.

Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@esportsadda.online if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

Non-Transferable. Your account is personal and may not be sold, gifted, traded, or otherwise transferred to any other person.

By joining a tournament, you agree to:

• Abide by all tournament-specific rules displayed on the match screen.
• Submit results honestly using the designated screenshot/proof submission process.
• Play with sportsmanship and respect for all participants.
• Not engage in match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated dishonest play.

Anti-Cheating Policy — Zero Tolerance. The following result in immediate permanent ban:

• Use of hacks, aimbots, wall hacks, speed hacks, or any third-party cheating software.
• Submitting fake, edited, or manipulated screenshots as match results.
• Account sharing or playing on behalf of another user.
• Any form of result manipulation or match-fixing.

Tournament Cancellation by Us. If we cancel a tournament due to technical issues or insufficient participants, full entry fees are refunded to your wallet.

Deposits are processed via secure third-party payment gateways (UPI, net banking). Successfully deposited funds are non-refundable unless required by our Refund Policy.

Withdrawals require KYC verification above a certain threshold and are processed within 3–7 business days. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals for fraud verification.

Bonus & Promotional Funds may have specific usage conditions (e.g., only usable for entry fees, not directly withdrawable) as stated at the time of the promotion.

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Indian law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users in any manner.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of our app.
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Creating fake accounts, fake reviews, or misleading content.
• Money laundering or any financial fraud using our platform.

All content on Esports Adda — including the app design, logo, interface, graphics, text, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ka17aan App Venture and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our platform without explicit written permission.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, server outages, actions of other users, or internet connectivity issues on your end.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, cheated in tournaments, or provided false identity information during KYC.

Upon termination for rule violations, your wallet balance may be forfeited. To voluntarily close your account, contact support@esportsadda.online.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@esportsadda.online to attempt resolution in good faith. We aim to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving your complaint.
